I think the answer to that question is “C”, but i’m not sure.

C. Restore absoulte monarchy.
D. Raise Taxes on the artisans.

The answer to the first question is “C”. Cost-cutting measures would not have added to the financial crisis. The answer to the second question would be “B”. The National Assembly abolished the feudal dues that the peasants had to pay for centuries. I hope that this has been some help to you.
