I am an engineering student now.And i get admissioned in Stanford university for MBA program which is very expensive for me .How can i manage money for it or who like to sponsor me?

You get loans. Like most people.

I suppose you could get a job with a company that agrees to pay for your schooling if you sign a contract to work with them for another number of years. But most people just get loans.
