It depends where you live. Where I live you cannot be employed unless you are 16 for insurance reasons. Ask your parents if they will give you some money if you do chores at home. I hope I helped!

well most places wont or else cant hire someone under 16.
but, i’ve always found that babysitting is a great way to make money….people pay a fortune for babysitters now (i get like €10 an hour!) and it’s easy money (most of the time!)

also, you could ask your parents to give you money to do odd jobs around the house. but knowing parents they probably won’t give you much, so you could try doing similar things for other family members like aunts and uncles and grandparents. a lot of people like paying young people to paint their shed or something, or weed their garden, or just clear their attic. so you should ask around for things like that.
once people hear that you’re trying to earn money for something so rewarding (and expensive!) as a piano, they will probably be happy to hire you, because a lot of people just think that teens want to earn money so they can go out and get drunk or high. (stupid stereotypes!)

hope this helps, and good luck with earning all that money! :)

Busperson, babysitting, cutting lawns, dogwatching, and other odd jobs you can find. You could also work at a fair as a vendor or something. It sounds dumb, but I see a lot of people my age doing it.

I don’t know where you live, but i have a friend in Australia and she’s only 14 and has a job, so if you live somewhere like that you could get a job anywhere. I live in Scotland and here loads of places hire 14 year olds part time, for like a few hours before and after school.
