What do I do when service provider (SMART, PAL or Cebu Pacific) does not mind my complaints?

Question by Maricel J: What do I do when service provider (SMART, PAL or Cebu Pacific) does not mind my complaints?
Since we are the customer and we pay them regularly, we should be given satisfactory service, and not to wait for hours in order to be served by their customer service representative. Too much cost cutting is a sacrifice for thier customer service.
